  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Shakeology (Whey or Vegan)
  • 1 tsp Caramel Extract
  • 1 cup ice

Equipment

  • Blender

Method
 

  1. Place Unsweetened Almond milk, unsweetened apple sauce, vanilla shakeology, caramel extract and ice in blender and mix well.
  2. Poor into your favorite drinking glass!
